I recently attended the week long somatic retreat with Anne in Mallorca and it was completely life-changing. I’ve dealt with a lot of traumas from a young age, from surviving three major natural disasters, to extremely difficult family dynamics and the unexpected loss of my father at young age, and recently with my brother’s passing earlier this year. I have been doing traditional cognitive therapy for many years, but felt something else was needed in order to make the progress and find the peace I so deeply sought. After a week of working consistently with Anne everything changed. I felt as though all the raw jagged parts of me that once pierced and poked my wounds, had finally softened. I feel completely renewed and with much more love for myself than I have had in years. I feel deeply connected with my body and my heart in ways I don’t think I could’ve achieved on my own. Anne was extremely compassionate and comforting throughout the process, which was not always easy, but absolutely incredible. She was wonderful from the first moment we met on Zoom answered all my follow up questions after the retreat.
